Healthcare Analytics, AI Product & Methodology Analyst (AI)

Location: United States – Remote; U.S. residents only, with work performed within the United States

Salary: $67,800–$169,600 annualized base pay

What you will do

• Support the development and evaluation of AI-enabled healthcare analytics solutions for provider cost, utilization, quality, and performance insights.
• Translate user needs, reporting requirements, and business objectives into analytics and AI-driven product capabilities.
• Review AI-generated outputs against healthcare reporting methodologies, measure definitions, and user expectations.
• Participate in testing and validation by identifying discrepancies, documenting issues, and assessing whether solutions meet analytical requirements.
• Analyze changes to clinical groupers, attribution methodologies, reporting approaches, trends, benchmarks, and stakeholder interpretation.
• Prepare documentation, analyses, recommendations, and testing results for cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health informatics, public health, healthcare administration, economics, statistics, data analytics, biostatistics, computer science, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare analytics, medical economics, provider or payer analytics, health services research, or a related analytical discipline.
• Familiarity with medical and pharmacy claims, provider reporting, quality measures, and cost or utilization analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Must reside in the United States, the same country where the job is located.

Nice to have

• Three or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.
• Exposure to provider performance measurement, attribution models, quality frameworks, predictive analytics, AI/ML, generative AI, or data-driven product development.
• Experience in a payer, provider, healthcare technology, or healthcare consulting environment.
