Amplify Data Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: USA Remote

Salary: $72,000–$90,000 base pay per year, plus an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Provide analytical support to Carrier and Sales Center teams and translate stakeholder needs into business and technical requirements.
• Analyze data and communicate actionable insights and recommendations to senior management and business stakeholders.
• Define metrics, data architecture, data pipelines, and datasets for analysis and reporting.
• Develop and track KPIs and CPIs for operational programs, channels, and business initiatives.
• Support P&L reporting, financial performance analysis, forecasting models, and variance analysis.
• Design high-visibility projects involving data mining, analysis, and visualization with Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a quantitative field or equivalent relevant experience.
• Three or more years of SQL experience and three or more years supporting sales analytics, business, or operations teams.
• Hands-on experience with schema design and data modeling.
• Knowledge of regression, statistical testing, sampling, and other statistical techniques.
• Advanced proficiency with business intelligence tools; Excel and Tableau experience are strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Python, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with P&L reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, or financial performance reporting.
• Knowledge of call center workforce management, staffing models, and operational planning.
• Experience in insurance, Affordable Care Act, Medicare, or Medicaid.
• Project management, finance, accounting, and cross-functional strategic initiative experience.
