TL;DR

Staff to the Head of Talent (HR/Recruiting): Managing the acquisition of exceptional talent and designing AI-powered recruiting systems with an accent on evidence-based evaluation and global talent mapping. Focus on identifying high-potential individuals, optimizing assessment workflows, and partnering with leadership on critical hiring decisions.

Location: Must spend first few months in the Milan office. Long-term work from Milan, London, Madrid, Warsaw, or other approved countries.

Salary: $257,642 – $522,120 (US), €145,430 – €303,108 (Europe), £151,436 – £398,287 (UK)

  • Contribute to building one of the world's strongest, talent-dense teams.

Requirements

  • Collaborative mindset and a willingness to support the team.
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Ability to work from the Milan office during the initial onboarding period.
