📋 Description

  • Lead onboarding and coaching for the global BD org.
  • Partner with BD leadership, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops.
  • Develop onboarding curricula and ongoing development.
  • Deliver training on cold calling, objections, research, and conversions.
  • Create learning paths and enablement content in Highspot.
  • Support change management for product launches and updates.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years in Sales Enablement and quota-carrying roles
  • Experience building onboarding programs for prospecting teams
  • Experience facilitating virtual and live trainings
  • Experience with sales enablement tech (e.g., Highspot, Attention)
  • Strong project management and stakeholder skills
