Location: Remote
Salary: $150,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do
- Design and operationalize the company's first formal sales enablement program, including strategy and infrastructure.
- Create scalable onboarding programs and role-based competency models for GTM teams.
- Develop curricula that turn generalist AEs into construction experts using AI-supported training systems.
- Build and maintain sales playbooks, messaging, and talk tracks aligned with buyer personas.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate product releases into sales-ready enablement content.
- Define enablement KPIs and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve training effectiveness.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience across sales, sales training, and/or enablement.
- Demonstrated excellence as a teacher and coach with a track record of developing people.
- Strong learning agility and ability to master complex technical domains quickly.
- Fluency with modern AI tools for building interactive simulations and content production.
- Solid understanding of enterprise B2B SaaS sales and at least one methodology like MEDDICC or Challenger.
- 0→1 experience building training or sales programs from scratch.
Nice to have
- Direct experience in construction tech, AEC, or industrial SaaS.
- Experience implementing LMS or enablement tooling.
- Certifications in sales coaching, enablement, or leadership development.
- Experience enabling technical sales motions involving Solutions Engineering.
