Salary: $67,000–$72,000 USD per year

What you will do

  • Plan and execute conferences, trade shows, and live events to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and deliverables while optimizing strategies for measurable outcomes.
  • Coordinate with keynote speakers, presenters, and sponsors, including contract management and logistics.
  • Oversee audiovisual production, collaborating with A/V vendors and managing registration via Cvent.
  • Lead onsite operations, including stage management, vendor coordination, and real-time troubleshooting.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and executive leadership to align events with business goals.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in event management or conference production.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-day events.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Proficiency with Cvent, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms.
  • Ability to travel approximately 15-20% for onsite event support.
