Salary: $93,500 - $115,500 (plus commission up to $14,500)

What you will do

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing programs including digital campaigns, webinars, and partner co-marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with field sales, SDRs, and partner teams to align marketing programs with regional priorities.
  • Develop lead generation and pipeline acceleration programs to contribute to revenue growth.
  • Apply AI tools to accelerate campaign execution and optimize content for nurture streams and landing pages.
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of regional field events, including logistics and vendor management.
  • Analyze KPIs and engagement data to optimize ROI, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing and demand generation, preferably in a B2B software environment.
  • Must be local to Burlington, MA or Raleigh, NC at the time of application.
  • Proficiency with marketing and sales tools such as Salesforce, Asana, Eloqua, and Tableau.
  • Experience or familiarity with AI-enabled marketing tools for content development and productivity.
  • Ability to travel regionally (15–25%) as needed.
