What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of the Replay conference series, ensuring a premium attendee experience.
• Manage key operational workstreams including venue operations, production, registration, and F&B.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure flawless event execution.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, DevRel, Product Marketing, and Executive stakeholders.
• Oversee external agencies, production vendors, and contractors for cost and quality efficiency.
• Establish event KPIs and analyze performance to deliver post-event insights and optimization strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in event marketing or conference production within B2B SaaS, developer tools, or cloud industries.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale conferences with 2,000+ attendees.
• Strong project and budget management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience creating memorable event experiences for technical audiences and developer communities.
• Ability to travel approximately 30–40% to support global event needs.
