What you will do

• Own and execute critical workstreams for the Replay conference, including speaker, sponsor, and attendee management.
• Partner with DevRel, Product, and Engineering to shape technical vision, keynote themes, and developer learning journeys.
• Build and operationalize speaker and workshop programs, including abstract reviews and technical storytelling.
• Lead on-site execution and real-time problem solving during live events.
• Establish KPIs and conduct post-event analysis to drive continuous improvement and scalability.
• Support regional field marketing programs and developer audience engagement strategies throughout the year.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in event marketing or conference production within SaaS developer tools, cloud, or highly technical software companies.
• Proven track record of executing large-scale technical conferences (2,000+ attendees).
• Deep understanding of developer communities and engagement strategies.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging event experiences.
• Strong project management skills with experience leading multiple stakeholders, timelines, and budgets.
• Must be based in the US or be willing to travel to the West Coast and internationally (20-40% travel).
