Events Lead (Marketing): Design and deliver executive-caliber events and conference experiences with an accent on end-to-end ownership, premium brand presence, and commercially impactful programming. What you will do
- Own high-impact executive events and conference touchpoints end-to-end.
- Design curated executive summits, advisory gatherings, private customer events, and premium in-person experiences.
- Lead end-to-end strategy and presence at global flagship conferences, including booth and conference marketing kit creation.
- Build and maintain master project plans with clear owners, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership; align vendors and ensure on-schedule delivery.
- Elevate webinars with tight run-of-show, speaker prep, and follow-through; coordinate post-event follow-up, reporting, and pipeline tracking with Sales.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading executive-level events and conference programs (not a traditional trade show coordinator role).
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills across Sales, Marketing, Product/PMM, and leadership stakeholders.
- Ability to build and manage rigorous project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
- Experience managing vendors and controlling event budgets.
- Comfort owning commercial outcomes through pipeline tracking and post-event reporting.
