What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of hospitality events, automotive tradeshows, and VIP customer advisory boards/summits.
• Own event planning and project management, defining objectives, timelines, target audiences, and success metrics.
• Drive Cvent implementation and optimization across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage external vendor relationships, including procurement and contract negotiation.
• Collaborate with Brand, Sales, and Product teams to align events with GTM priorities.
• Track annual budgets, forecast expenses, and present ROI performance reports.

Requirements

• 6+ years of B2B marketing event management experience.
• Proven track record of executing complex, multi-stakeholder events and tradeshows.
• Strong business and financial acumen to connect event strategy to revenue and customer health.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and event management platforms.
• Work format: Must be able to work in a hybrid model

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive, technology, or SaaS industries.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Cvent optimization.
• Curiosity and experience experimenting with AI-powered tools to optimize workflows.
