What you will do

• Lead complex enterprise implementations to ensure users become long-term advocates of Stripe products.
• Apply program management expertise to guide users through implementation best practices and maximize investment value.
• Manage the integration of Stripe products into technical architectures, including test and change management strategies.
• Provide program governance to manage requirements in line with agreed scope and business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams to advocate for users and shape the forward roadmap.
• Ensure a smooth transition of implemented capabilities into operations through knowledge transfer and support handover.

Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting experience partnering with enterprise-level strategic users on technology solutions.
• Proven program management skills and a track record of top performance.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and business-focused stakeholders.
• Strong critical thinking skills to identify suboptimal processes and build scalable solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with and lead executive stakeholders and key decision makers.
• Ability to operate independently in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Prior experience at a growth-stage Internet or Enterprise Software company.
• Industry certifications such as PMP, ITIL, PSM1, or PSPO1.
• Prior experience in the payments industry.
• Familiarity with the integration and testing of APIs.
