Talent Acquisition Specialist

Sateliot is a Barcelona-based satellite company developing a constellation that enables standard commercial devices to communicate directly from space.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Review applications, conduct structured first-round interviews, and coordinate technical assessments.
• Partner with hiring managers to define profiles, calibrate shortlists, and keep searches moving.
• Maintain accurate Teamtailor pipeline data and support recruitment reporting.
• Help organize employer-branding events, university fairs, and recruitment content.

Requirements

• Approximately two years of experience in tech or engineering recruitment, in an agency or in-house environment.
• Fluent English at C1 level and fluent Spanish required.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and an applicant tracking system.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable owning recruitment searches independently.
• Curiosity about technology, space, and connectivity.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring engineering, deep-tech, hardware, or space profiles.
• High-volume or scale-up hiring experience.
• A third language such as Catalan, French, Italian, or German.
• Familiarity with structured interviewing or hiring metrics.
