Location: Barcelona, Spain
Salary: €30,000–€40,000 OTE annually (fixed and variable)

What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviews, coordination, and candidate feedback.
- Screen candidates through resume reviews, phone interviews, assessments, and behavioral interviews.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and other teams to understand hiring needs.
- Develop sourcing strategies and action plans for identifying new talent.
- Source and engage passive candidates across multiple channels.
- Support People initiatives such as People Analytics, recruitment training, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion.
Requirements
- Fluent English and German are required.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition across international, German, DACH, Western Europe, ROW, or global markets.
- Experience recruiting GTM roles across functions such as sales, finance, and engineering.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, prioritization, and adaptability skills.
