What you will do

• Design and implement high-speed (>20GHz) analog/mixed-signal circuits for data converters and RF SOCs.
• Design, simulate, analyze, model, and document integrated circuit IP.
• Translate system-level design requirements into integrated circuit specifications.
• Perform characterization and debugging of analog IC designs for test and measurement equipment.
• Collaborate within a small team environment to meet project deadlines and schedules.

Requirements

• MS degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience in IC Design.
• In-depth understanding of BiCMOS and CMOS process technologies and detailed analog circuit design.
• Expertise in designing amplifiers, mixers, VCOs, filters, line drivers, and power amplifiers.
• Strong knowledge of RF engineering, transmission line theory, and high-speed data converter principles.
• Proficiency with Cadence Analog Artist, Cadence Virtuoso, Matlab, and Verilog-AMS.
• Must be a US resident with valid US work authorization.
