What you will do

• Lead the engineering team in the design and development of RF systems for the DoD mission.
• Conduct Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) analyses for spectrum-dependent systems.
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans for tactical radio systems, including SBU-E and High-Assurance radios.
• Evaluate system interoperability, security, and performance within contested electronic warfare (EW) environments.
• Translate real-world operational needs into precise technical specifications for customer-focused engineering solutions.

Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance is required.
• 10+ years of experience in Radio Frequency (RF) engineering.
• 2+ years of experience conducting EMC analyses for DoD spectrum-dependent systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
• Experience with modern tactical radio systems (e.g., Silvus, Persistent Systems, L3Harris, Thales) and waveforms (TSM, WREN, SATURN).
• Eligibility for access to classified information and US work authorization.

Nice to have

• Experience with 4G/5G cellular technologies and RF interfaces in secure environments.
• Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or other languages for RF simulation enhancement.
• Experience with Systems Tool Kit (STK), Visualyse Professional, Builder, or EDX Signal Pro.
• Knowledge of the NTIA Redbook Table of Allocations and regulatory frameworks.
• Master's degree in Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
