What you will do

• Lead and create new opporthirify.global engagements for robotics customers in logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing.
• Establish trusted advisor status with senior decision-makers and C-suite stakeholders to accelerate the buying process.
• Develop and execute account sales strategies to grow revenue and gain market share.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Partnerships, and Product teams to solve customer problems.
• Represent hirify.global within the robotics ecosystem, cultivating relationships with robot OEMs and system integrators.

Requirements

• Track record of closing complex, high-value enterprise deals in industrial software, automation, or simulation.
• Proficiency in value-based selling, including the ability to build business cases focused on ROI and TCO.
• Experience selling into logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing environments.
• Established network within industrial automation organisations.
• Fluency in Japanese, especially in a business environment.
• Professional proficiency in English for worldwide communication.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ROS/ROS 2, virtual commissioning, sensor simulation, or synthetic data generation.
• Experience with NVIDIA Omniverse/Isaac Sim, Siemens, PTC, ANSYS, or Rockwell Automation.
• Hands-on experience with hirify.global or other real-time 3D platforms in an industrial context.
• Interest and perspective on the intersection of robotics, autonomous systems, and AI.
