What you will do

  • Educate customers on the value of the hirify.global platform.
  • Drive revenue through proactive outreach to existing and prospective enterprise customers.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on business needs and usage patterns.
  • Manage multiple customers simultaneously across various stages of the buying cycle.
  • Develop C-level vision alignment and cultivate internal champions within large organizations.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to drive continuous product improvement.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in software field sales or relevant enterprise sales.
  • Proven track record of selling into large enterprises, specifically in the Retail and Telecoms sectors.
  • Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.
  • Strong ability to articulate competitive positioning and sell innovation.
  • Domain expertise in big data, analytics, data science, or BI/DW.
  • Advanced interpersonal communication skills and a growth mindset.
