What you will do
- Prospect and engage senior decision-makers within the Navy, DoD, and federal defense industrial base to drive growth.
- Own end-to-end growth strategies for key accounts, from stakeholder mapping to negotiating and closing 7- and 8-figure deals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions for customers.
- Conduct product demos and perform problem discovery to advocate for AI-enabled inspection and data intelligence.
- Travel domestically up to 80% of the time to visit customer sites and industrial facilities.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or Sciences.
- Proven track record of closing long-term engagements and developing territories/accounts from scratch.
- Experience leading sales pitches and value discussions with high-level stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal intuition and ability to identify key partners within large organizations.
- Must be based in Pittsburgh for on-site work.
- Availability to travel domestically between 25% and 80% of the time.

- Experience selling complex solutions or value-added services.
- Previous experience working in a startup or with new product lines.
- Domain expertise in power/utilities, oil & gas, heavy manufacturing, chemicals, or government sectors.
