What you will do

  • Prospect and engage senior decision-makers within the Navy, DoD, and federal defense industrial base to drive growth.
  • Own end-to-end growth strategies for key accounts, from stakeholder mapping to negotiating and closing 7- and 8-figure deals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions for customers.
  • Conduct product demos and perform problem discovery to advocate for AI-enabled inspection and data intelligence.
  • Travel domestically up to 80% of the time to visit customer sites and industrial facilities.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or Sciences.
  • Proven track record of closing long-term engagements and developing territories/accounts from scratch.
  • Experience leading sales pitches and value discussions with high-level stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal intuition and ability to identify key partners within large organizations.
  • Must be based in Pittsburgh for on-site work.
  • Availability to travel domestically between 25% and 80% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling complex solutions or value-added services.
  • Previous experience working in a startup or with new product lines.
  • Domain expertise in power/utilities, oil & gas, heavy manufacturing, chemicals, or government sectors.
