What you will do

• Own the project lifecycle for new product development, including formula development, packaging, merchandise creation, and promotional/seasonal campaigns.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Creative, Product Development, R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain through weekly status meetings and NPD risk mitigation sessions.
• Build and govern detailed schedules using Monday.com and Smartsheet, identify critical paths, and develop “Plan B” scenarios to mitigate bottlenecks and risks.
• Manage creative review and approvals using PageProof, including NDA routing, system onboarding, and process integration to ensure routing compliance.
• Coordinate with external partners and packaging manufacturers, manage new vendors through development, and transition vendor work to Supply Chain for mass production coordination.
• Maintain project dashboards and provide leadership status reports on progress, risks, and outcomes; support hands-on execution as needed (samples, mock-ups, small packaging tests).

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within the Beauty industry.
• Deep understanding of beauty workflows, including primary/secondary packaging, safety testing, regulatory requirements, and claims testing.
• Expert proficiency with project management tools: Smartsheet and Monday.com; Google Workspace/Microsoft 365.
• Proven ability to deliver technical programs from inception to delivery while navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to hold teams accountable and “manage up”.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent major projects/programs across short- and long-term goals.
