TL;DR

Sr. Product Growth Manager (Starlink): Leveraging deep consumer insights and rigorous experimentation to drive improvements in the Starlink.com purchase journey with an accent on conversion metrics, A/B testing, and funnel optimization. Focus on designing research programs, optimizing checkout flows, and translating behavioral data into high-impact product enhancements.

Location: Bastrop, TX (Hybrid). Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (ITAR requirements).

What you will do

  • Lead the consumer insights program for Starlink's direct-to-consumer business, designing research programs (surveys, interviews, usability tests).
  • Develop customer personas, journey maps, and behavioral segmentation frameworks to guide growth and product decisions.
  • Own Starlink.com conversion and funnel performance KPIs, driving improvements in acquisition and checkout flows.
  • Build and execute a high-velocity A/B testing and experimentation roadmap based on customer hypotheses.
  • Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to optimize landing pages and post-purchase activation experiences.
  • Create SQL dashboards to connect behavioral data with qualitative insights for executive reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 8+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, growth experimentation, and driving conversion metrics.
  • Compliance with U.S. Government export regulations (ITAR): Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
  • Advanced SQL skills for building funnel dashboards.
  • Proven expertise in funnel optimization, checkout improvement, and subscription growth.

Nice to have

  • 10+ years of experience in consumer tech, e-commerce, or subscription businesses.
  • Python experience.
  • Experience working in early-to-growth stage startups with lean teams.
