What you will do

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning for Engineering, Product, Detection & Response, SOC, and G&A functions.
• Develop cost models that link infrastructure investments, cloud consumption, and operating expenses to business outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering and Product leaders on hiring plans, capacity modeling, and investment prioritization.
• Lead vendor and SaaS spend reviews to identify and implement cost optimization opportunities.
• Deliver variance analysis and forward-looking insights to help leaders understand performance and future implications.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to increase analytical throughput and eliminate manual work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including at least 2 years supporting a GTM organization.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, LTV/CAC, retention, and sales efficiency.
• Experience partnering directly with VP and executive-level stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Adaptive Insights (or similar), Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce, and BI platforms (Domo, Tableau, or Qlik).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (no immigration visa sponsorship provided).
• Must reside within the United States.
