What you will do

• Own cloud monitoring and reporting processes for AWS, Azure, and GCP to provide cost context to leadership.
• Identify and execute cost optimization opportunities to increase the value of cloud investments.
• Manage SaaS spend governance, including license inventory and vendor contract optimization.
• Govern AI/ML inference costs and token-based pricing for services like OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and AWS Bedrock.
• Establish FinOps programs and chargeback frameworks to ensure cost visibility and accountability.
• Oversee the FinOps tool stack using SQL and data analytics platforms to drive data accuracy and automation.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in a dedicated FinOps role at a SaaS company.
• Deep understanding of cloud pricing models and infrastructure for at least one major provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven experience building SaaS spend management programs and using platforms like Zylo, Torii, or Apptio.
• Experience with token-based pricing for AI/ML services and implementing budget guardrails for LLM APIs.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Master of Business Administration (MBA).
