What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of product managers, setting clear priorities and empowering delivery.
• Own the end-to-end product strategy and vision for the underwriting domain, aligning business goals with market opportunities.
• Integrate AI tools and agentic workflows into daily operations, from discovery and synthesis to stakeholder communication.
• Conduct rigorous market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Develop and communicate compelling roadmaps that balance immediate wins with long-term transformative bets.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Operations to ship products critical for carrier partners.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years leading and developing other PMs.
• Direct experience building underwriting products (rules engines, decision workflows, automated underwriting) at a carrier, reinsurer, or insurtech.
• Must be based in the US (E-Verify eligibility required).
• Daily proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Replit) for synthesis and structured thinking.
• Proven track record of influencing C-suite executives and senior stakeholders in highly regulated industries.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on defining and measuring key success metrics.
