hirify.global is building safety-focused AI to deliver clinically rigorous healthcare to populations that currently lack access to providers.

What you will do

  • Partner with engineering leadership to scope roles, define success criteria, and align on the talent bar.
  • Build targeted pipelines for senior roles (engineers, researchers, clinical technologists) using outbound sourcing and referrals.
  • Design and execute structured interview processes that prioritize competency over credentials.
  • Coach hiring panels on calibration, bias mitigation, and improving decision quality.
  • Own the end-to-end candidate experience and develop early close plans to increase offer acceptance.
  • Track and optimize key recruiting metrics such as cycle time and quality of hire.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on technical or engineering roles.
  • Proven ability to assess technical talent for software engineering and ML research positions.
  • Experience building structured interview processes and influencing hiring decisions.
  • Track record of closing senior candidates in highly competitive markets.
  • Comfort with data-driven recruiting and metric tracking.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Background recruiting for AI, ML, or healthcare technology companies.
  • Experience building early-stage recruiting infrastructure, such as playbooks and leveling guides.
  • Familiarity with clinical or regulated hiring contexts.
  • Exposure to compensation strategy and offer construction for senior ICs or leadership.
