What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, managing the process from sourcing to closing.
- Build and manage high-quality pipelines for Growth Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and scorecards.
- Design and optimize candidate experiences and employer branding across LinkedIn and events.
- Develop scalable recruiting processes, systems, and reporting to support rapid hiring.
Requirements
- 4+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on GTM and Growth roles.
- Proven expertise in sourcing for Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Sales.
- Ability to manage recruitment cycles end-to-end with minimal oversight.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of how GTM teams scale.
- Deep interest in AI, technology, and early-stage startup environments.
