What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, managing the process from sourcing to closing.
• Build and manage high-quality pipelines for Growth Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and scorecards.
• Design and optimize candidate experiences and employer branding across LinkedIn and events.
• Develop scalable recruiting processes, systems, and reporting to support rapid hiring.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on GTM and Growth roles.
• Proven expertise in sourcing for Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Sales.
• Ability to manage recruitment cycles end-to-end with minimal oversight.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of how GTM teams scale.
• Deep interest in AI, technology, and early-stage startup environments.
