What you will do

• Source and hire top-tier talent for investment verticals and central business teams.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a diverse pipeline of candidates for current and future needs.
• Design and maintain an elite candidate experience to keep high-level talent engaged.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and reports to optimize processes and forecast hiring needs.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, coaching them on effective hiring practices and candidate management.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to refine workflows, tools, and systems across the recruiting lifecycle.

Requirements

• 9+ years of professional recruiting experience.
• Expertise in full-cycle recruiting within fast-paced startup or venture capital environments.
• Proven experience managing high-level, complex executive searches.
• Ability to build robust, diverse talent networks and cultivate long-term relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence and gain consensus from leadership.
• Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco or Menlo Park offices.

Nice to have

• Specific experience in executive recruiting.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS.
