TL;DR

Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (GTM): Managing full-cycle recruitment for Go-To-Market teams with an accent on strategic talent advisory and pipeline building. Focus on scaling revenue-driving organizations, leveraging market insights, and optimizing recruiting processes in the digital assets sector.

Location: Must be based in New York City (NYC) and able to work from the office 3x a week

Salary: $140,000 – $175,000

What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles (Sales, Marketing) from intake through offer and close.
  • Act as a talent advisor to GTM leadership, providing market mapping, competitor insights, and compensation trends.
  • Build a "warm bench" of elite GTM talent for high-priority territories and roles.
  • Iterate on recruiting processes to introduce creative and scalable solutions for better efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Business Partners and People Ops to ensure a seamless and compliant hiring process.
  • Identify and resolve recruiting bottlenecks to maintain hiring velocity and quality.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth SaaS, fintech, cybersecurity, or crypto/blockchain environments.
  • 3+ years of experience hiring for GTM functions such as Sales, Marketing, and Sales Engineering.
  • Ability to partner with and influence senior leaders using data and sound judgment.
  • Proven success in sourcing and engaging passive candidates in competitive markets.
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse, Ashby, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Ability to work from the NYC office 3x a week.
