What you will do

  • Sell database business solutions to companies within a defined territory.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key enterprise decision-makers to understand business needs.
  • Develop new accounts and implement strategic plans for growth in existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales technical resources to customize appropriate solutions for customers.
  • Identify customer business problems and create tailored business proposals to address them.
  • Provide a personalized level of customer service to ensure high satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant sales or business development experience, preferably in software sales.
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual quota targets.
  • Exceptional telemarketing skills, including proficiency in cold calling.
  • Strong experience in executive selling, negotiating, and customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of software development tools and the software development process.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other call management systems.
