Location: Hybrid (Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania)

Salary: Gross 2700 – 5800 EUR/Month + performance-based bonuses

What you will do

  • Manage long-term relationships with B2B partners, distributors, resellers, and workshop networks.
  • Lead commercial negotiations regarding pricing, promotions, and partnership agreements.
  • Identify and onboard new business opportunities across automotive, retail, fleet, and distribution channels.
  • Monitor account performance and develop growth plans for strategic partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new expansion opportunities.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows and industry events.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Key Account Management, B2B Sales, or Partnership Management.
  • Proven track record of managing strategic clients or commercial partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Strong spoken and written English skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
