What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for APM providers and acquiring banks from first contact to launch.
• Negotiate business and contract terms with payment partners.
• Manage technical setup and coordinate integration phases to ensure seamless launches.
• Track and report on onboarding project status, timelines, and potential delays.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance partner satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide integration support for partners.

Requirements

• Professional experience in Fintech, specifically within partner onboarding or account management.
• Solid understanding of the payments ecosystem, including acquiring, payment gateways, and APMs.
• Proven experience managing onboarding cycles, including commercial negotiation and technical coordination.
• Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
• English: C1 level required
• Russian: C1 level required
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Vilnius
