Location: Must reside within the assigned territory (Alabama/Florida Panhandle). The role requires frequent in-person presence at customer clinical sites.

Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 base plus incentive compensation

What you will do

  • Lead complex, high-value capital sales cycles, including needs assessment, pricing strategy, and negotiation.
  • Serve as a clinical expert and strategic advisor to neurosurgeons, ENT, and hospital leadership.
  • Provide real-time intraoperative support and advanced in-service education for cranial implant procedures.
  • Navigate hospital value analysis committees (VAC), capital review boards, and contracting processes.
  • Drive market development by converting competitive accounts and expanding product adoption.
  • Develop and manage accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reporting, and territory analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of medical device sales experience.
  • Operating Room (OR) based selling experience.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Must reside within the assigned territory (Alabama/Florida Panhandle).
  • Compliance with healthcare customer vaccination and credentialing requirements (including COVID-19 and influenza).
