Compensation: $170K – $280K OTE

What you will do

  • Own and close net-new business end-to-end.
  • Prospect into target accounts and manage inbound leads to build a healthy pipeline.
  • Conduct tailored product evaluations and demos connecting hirify.global's capabilities to specific customer pain points.
  • Lead consultative discovery and build business cases to secure budget and internal champions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer teams to refine solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of sales playbooks, processes, and culture during scaling.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a closing role (AE or sales leader) with a track record of exceeding quota.
  • Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Experience closing new-logo deals in the $50K-$100K range with multiple stakeholders.
  • High business IQ with the ability to quickly understand and analyze a prospect's GTM motion.
  • Strong communication skills and a structured approach to running deals.
  • Must be based in New York for a hybrid work arrangement.
