TL;DR
Solutions Engineer (AI): Designing and delivering technical solutions and POCs for an AI-powered privacy governance platform with an accent on data privacy compliance and enterprise architecture. Focus on bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation for Fortune 500 clients.
Location: Hybrid. Must be based within commuting distance of Greenville, DE or Falls Church, VA and able to be in-office 2–3 days/week. Relocation assistance available.
Compensation: $110K – $150K (including bonus)

is a fast-growing SaaS company providing an AI-powered privacy governance platform used by large enterprises to automate compliance and data mapping.
What you will do
- Manage the technical sales process, including discovery, solution outlining, and tailored demonstrations.
- Configure and troubleshoot POC environments using REST APIs, SQL, and AWS or Azure.
- Perform light scripting and coding in JavaScript, Python, or SQL to implement integrations and customize demos.
- Define POC success criteria and drive stakeholders toward technical sign-off.
- Create technical diagrams and documentation illustrating platform integration into customer stacks.
- Provide field feedback to product and engineering teams to influence the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing, technical pre-sales role at a product company.
- Hands-on proficiency with REST APIs, SQL, and at least one major cloud provider (AWS or Azure).
- Ability to script/code in JavaScript, Python, or SQL for debugging and environment setup.
- Must be based within commuting distance of Greenville, DE or Falls Church, VA.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of data privacy and security concepts (GDPR, CCPA, DSARs).
- Experience with IAM/SSO, encryption, or NoSQL/Big Data environments.
- Experience collaborating with large, complex enterprise organizations.
