Salary: $250,000 – $300,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Build and lead the design organization, evolving it into a strategic partner across the business.
• Hire and develop a team of product and brand designers to support cross-functional stakeholders.
• Define design strategy, including system architecture, quality standards, and critique processes.
• Execute hands-on design work for critical workflows to set the quality bar for the team.
• Own and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Set the vision for AI integration within the design function and drive adoption of AI tools.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience with deep expertise in B2B SaaS.
• 3+ years of experience leading and managing design teams in high-growth environments.
• Proven track record of building design functions from early-stage to scale.
• Strong systems thinking and exceptional craft across typography, layout, and interaction.
• Active AI fluency with a track record of integrating AI tools into daily design workflows.
• Ability to operate as a player-coach in a fast-paced startup environment.
