What you will do
- Define and deliver the IT strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and growth.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing IT team across multiple locations, fostering a culture of accountability.
- Manage the delivery of infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, and end-user services.
- Drive security, risk management, and disaster recovery initiatives to protect intellectual property.
- Oversee IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships to maximize commercial value.
- Implement new technologies and best practices to enhance efficiency and creativity.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a senior IT leadership role overseeing multi-site operations and people management.
- Proven ability to deliver IT strategies, roadmaps, and transformation programs.
- Strong technical expertise across infrastructure, networking, cloud services, and security.
- Experience in budget management, procurement, and managing third-party providers.
- Permanent right to work in the UK is mandatory; no visa sponsorship available.
- Familiarity with service management frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001, or Agile.
