What you will do

• Own the business systems portfolio including Salesforce, Atlassian, Zendesk, and Microsoft 365.
• Define the integration architecture between business systems and enterprise platforms to ensure clean data flows.
• Lead the strategy, governance, and scaling of enterprise AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Oversee end-user compute functions, IT operations, and the global service desk experience.
• Manage vendor relationships, license governance, and contract renewals in partnership with Strategic Sourcing.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of business systems, platform, and IT operations specialists.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading an enterprise technology or business systems function in a fast-moving, commercial organization.
• Deep familiarity with Salesforce, Atlassian, Zendesk, Microsoft 365, Slack, and AI productivity platforms.
• Track record of translating business requirements into technology investments and measurable outcomes.
• Strong commercial instincts and experience in vendor negotiation and portfolio management.
• Experience managing senior cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, HR, Sales, and Operations.
• Solid grounding in identity and access management (IAM), endpoint management, and IT operations governance.
