Location: Hybrid (Leeds, UK - 2 days per week onsite)

Salary: £100,000 – £125,000 per annum + 20% bonus

What you will do

• Define and execute the strategy for three core technology pillars: IT Service, Data, and Security.
• Translate complex technical matters into commercial decisions for Exec and Board level stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor senior direct reports, including the Head of IT Service and Lead Data Engineer.
• Oversee the information security posture, including cyber security, ISO, and GDPR compliance.
• Shape the data strategy, managing the data lake, BI, and analytics to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Manage technology budgets, vendor relations, and outsourced MSPs against strict SLAs and KPIs.

Requirements

• Proven Director-level leadership experience across IT service, data, and security in scaling businesses.
• Deep technical expertise in Microsoft-based infrastructure and AWS-based data platforms.
• Demonstrable experience driving AI adoption within a business environment.
• Ability to influence and challenge senior decision-makers at the Board level.
• Strong knowledge of cyber security frameworks and governance.
• Experience managing technology budgets and outsourced IT partners.
