What you will do

• Lead the technical direction and architecture for customer-facing experiences across the hirify.global website and mobile apps.
• Drive the delivery of high-impact features for the mobile app revamp, focusing on iOS, homepage, and discovery journeys.
• Line manage and coach a cross-functional squad of 4-6 engineers to ensure high-quality technical outcomes.
• Implement an experimentation-first culture using A/B testing and data-informed iteration to validate features.
• Establish and evolve engineering standards for performance, reliability, observability, and code quality.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading cross-functional engineering teams and setting technical direction for high-scale consumer platforms.
• Previous experience at a Staff or Principal level with a strong background in front-end and mobile (especially iOS) engineering.
• Experience designing and evolving scalable front-end architectures balancing delivery speed with maintainability.
• Track record of delivering core user journeys (navigation, search, checkout) with high performance.
• Strong people leadership skills, including line management and mentoring senior engineers.
• Expertise in A/B testing and using metrics to drive data-informed decision making.
