What you will do

• Own end-to-end configuration and validation of campaigns, features, and content for Online Services products.
• Define and enforce pre-launch validation workflows, including checklists, acceptance criteria, and go/no-go gates.
• Diagnose root causes of live operation issues using logs and API responses to minimize developer escalation.
• Drive onboarding and integration for products such as hirify.global+ and Player Account & Authentication.
• Bridge the gap between production requests and platform capabilities to reduce iteration waste.
• Collaborate with Product and Project Managers to track feature requests and document operational flows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical operations, live services, release management, or DevOps.
• Hands-on experience configuring back-office tools, CMS platforms, or service administration interfaces.
• Proficiency in web technologies, specifically REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently by analyzing logs and API responses.
• English: Fluent (C1) level is mandatory.
• Location: Must be based in Bucharest, Romania or Paris, France (Office-based).

Nice to have

• Experience with campaign management or live operations workflows in a gaming context.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, OAuth, or similar authentication protocols.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, or infrastructure monitoring.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
