What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of accountability for strategic initiatives and customer escalations.
• Collaborate with account management, product, and engineering teams to remove blockers.
• Shield technical teams from disruptions by managing incoming requests and priorities.
• Translate high-level business goals into actionable deliverables with clear timelines and metrics.
• Own and optimize the end-to-end product request management process.
• Drive initiatives from kickoff to launch while maintaining stakeholder visibility.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project/product management or customer success for enterprise SaaS.
• Proven ability to deliver outcomes in ambiguous, high-pressure environments.
• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.
• Strong skills in prioritization and cross-functional influence without direct authority.
• Technical aptitude to quickly learn complex cybersecurity systems.
• Must be based in Albania, Poland, Romania, or Ukraine.

• Experience in cybersecurity or related technology domains.
