What you will do

• Design and implement the executive recruitment tech stack, ensuring seamless integration with Workday.
• Develop and maintain a robust reporting and metrics framework for leadership hiring and succession risk management.
• Own the Executive Talent Intelligence Knowledge Bank, creating reusable playbooks, market mappings, and calibration reports.
• Integrate AI into core recruitment tools to reduce manual work and improve the consistency of reporting assets.
• Manage and develop a team of Senior Executive Recruitment Coordinators to ensure a "white-glove" candidate experience.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in executive recruitment operations, talent operations, or people operations.
• Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional HR/TA projects, such as ATS/CRM implementations.
• Experience managing an operations or coordination team within a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
• High proficiency with Workday and advanced ATS/CRM configuration.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate business questions into practical reporting insights.
• Must be based in or have valid work authorization for the UK (Manchester/London) or the Netherlands (Amsterdam).
