What you will do

• Configure and enhance Core HCM, including job profiles, supervisory organizations, and staffing transactions.
• Optimize Business Processes (BPs) including routing, condition rules, and notifications.
• Deliver solutions for HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Compensation, Talent, and Peakon modules.
• Design and build Workday dashboards, scorecards, and advanced calculated fields.
• Build and maintain Core Connectors, API integrations, and execute EIB loads.
• Manage security configuration, security roles, and perform release management.

Requirements

• 5 years of hands-on Workday experience.
• Strong configuration capability in HCM, Talent, Performance, Recruiting, Compensation, and Absence.
• Experience building Workday Reports and using Integrations (Core Connectors, EIBs, and RaaS).
• Solid understanding of Workday Architecture.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work in London, UK.

Nice to have

• Workday Pro Certification.
• Familiarity with Workday Web Services, XML/JSON, and data mapping.
• Experience in global/multi-country environments.
