What you will do

• Lead day-to-day administration and partner on the design of EMEA benefit plans.
• Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders regarding plan options and policies.
• Analyze participation and cost data to inform financial planning and strategy.
• Manage relationships with insurers, brokers, TPAs, and oversee Workday/HRIS integrations.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for benefits across various EMEA countries.
• Enhance annual enrollment processes and Total Reward Statements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in EMEA benefits management (beyond the UK).
• Strong knowledge of health, welfare, disability, and retirement plans, ideally including Romania, Poland, Czechia, Israel, and Spain.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for cost analysis and presentations.
• English: High proficiency required.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones in a high-paced environment.
