TL;DR
Inbound BDR (SaaS): Engaging and qualifying high-volume inbound leads via chat, email, and phone to generate opportunities for Account Executives with an accent on lead qualification and product knowledge. Focus on optimizing the lead-to-opportunity conversion rate, managing a high-volume pipeline, and collaborating across Marketing and Sales teams.
Location: Hybrid: requires at least 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday) in the San Francisco HQ
Salary: $22.72 – $25.75 per hour (OTE up to $76,500 annually)

What you will do
- Engage and qualify high volumes of inbound leads through chat, email, and phone.
- Create qualified opportunities and ensure seamless handoffs to Account Executives.
- Develop deep product expertise to align 's solutions with prospect needs.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to enhance the prospect experience.
- Optimize team processes and mentor new representatives during their ramp-up period.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of post-grad experience or internships in customer-facing roles (sales, support, hospitality, etc.).
- Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, CA (4 days/week in-office).
- Strong sense of integrity, personal accountability, and autonomy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ambition to build a career in tech sales.

- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Nooks, or Qualified.
