What you will do

• Develop and drive the multi-year technical roadmap and investment strategy for the core distributed database ecosystem.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle for hirify.global Database, Backup & Recovery, Connectors, Observability, and Kubernetes Operator.
• Manage the portfolio of interrelated products, prioritizing initiatives based on customer needs and technical constraints.
• Act as an executive sponsor for key enterprise customers, focusing on hybrid and cloud-native deployments.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers and partner with engineering leadership to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and inform product strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focusing on enterprise software or data infrastructure.
• Strong background in distributed systems, database technology, or Kubernetes-based environments.
• Experience managing a portfolio of interrelated products and teams.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and build alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineers and architects.
