Principal Product Manager (AI): Leading the strategy and execution of AI platform adoption and integrations across the product portfolio with an accent on embedding AI capabilities into customer workflows. Focus on scaling the integrations marketplace, defining product roadmaps, and driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver seamless experiences for SMB and enterprise customers.

Location: Remote (United States). Team members within 40 miles of the Scottsdale, AZ headquarters are expected to work onsite four days per week.

Salary: $130,000–$200,000

What you will do

• Define and own the roadmap for AI platform adoption across core product lines.
• Drive the integration of AI capabilities into customer workflows and platform experiences.
• Own the strategy and roadmap for the third-party integrations marketplace and partner ecosystem.
• Prioritize integration requests based on business value, revenue opportunity, and strategic impact.
• Establish end-to-end processes for integration lifecycle management from intake to launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate concepts using AI-powered prototyping tools.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in SaaS, platform, or marketplace environments.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and enterprise software architectures.
• Proven ability to own product strategy and roadmap development for complex initiatives.
• Experience supporting diverse customer segments including SMB, mid-market, and enterprise.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-powered products, conversational AI, or generative AI applications.
• Background in managing app marketplaces or developer ecosystems.
• Familiarity with MCP frameworks and API-first architectures.
• Experience in UCaaS, CCaaS, or customer experience industries.
