What you will do

• Define and execute the cloud product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of cloud platform capabilities from ideation to delivery.
• Partner with Cloud Engineering, DevOps, and Architecture teams to ensure scalable and secure solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, establishing best practices and driving performance.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear product direction for business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to support go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including building public and private cloud solutions.
• 7+ years of experience leading high-performing product management teams.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms, Linux/Unix, distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with SaaS platform transformation or cloud-native products.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience designing reusable platform capabilities.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
• Master’s degree in a technical or business field.
