TL;DR

VP, Product Management (SaaS): Leading the product strategy and execution for the foundational capabilities of the hirify.global Cloud platform with an accent on security, scalability, and enterprise readiness. Focus on evolving platform operations toward AI-driven, proactive experiences and optimizing large-scale enterprise governance.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Flexible Office in Durham, NC or Remote)

Salary: $246,500 - $433,500

What you will do

  • Drive product vision and roadmap for Core Platform Foundations, including access control, identity, automation, and business continuity.
  • Transition platform operations from reactive administration to AI-assisted, proactive experiences.
  • Own platform capabilities including API usage visibility, platform limits, CI/CD deployment workflows, and platform governance.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and UX to deliver scalable and intuitive enterprise experiences.
  • Engage directly with strategic customers and partners to validate needs and shape product priorities.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing product management organization focused on technical excellence.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise software product management (SaaS, cloud platforms, or infrastructure).
  • 10+ years of experience leading product managers or product leaders in complex portfolios.
  • Strong technical depth in APIs, identity systems, cloud architecture, and microservices.
  • Experience building self-service or administrative platforms for technical users and enterprise operators.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical systems into clear product strategies.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience in CCaaS, CX platforms, or CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with AWS and large-scale SaaS environments.
  • Experience with API governance, developer tooling, and usage-based platform models.
  • Application of generative AI, agentic workflows, or predictive analytics in enterprise platforms.
