VP, Product Management - Core Platform Foundations

Location: East Coast US / Remote USA

Salary: $246,500–$433,500 annual base compensation; commission or performance-based bonus may also be available.

What you will do

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Core Platform Foundations across identity, access control, administration, automation, integration, operations, multi-region, multi-organization, and business continuity capabilities.
• Lead the evolution from reactive platform administration to AI-assisted experiences that help customers understand usage, anticipate constraints, optimize consumption, and automate routine actions.
• Own platform capabilities including API usage visibility, platform limits, storage reporting, CI/CD deployment workflows, self-service tools, operational controls, and governance.
• Deliver secure, scalable, intuitive platform experiences for complex enterprise use cases.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Security, UX, Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align execution, adoption, and business outcomes.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product management organization while establishing metrics for adoption, usability, reliability, governance, operational efficiency, and customer impact.

Requirements

• 15+ years of enterprise software product management experience across SaaS, cloud platforms, or infrastructure products.
• 10+ years of experience leading product managers or product leaders across complex, multi-domain portfolios.
• Track record of delivering enterprise-scale platform capabilities with measurable customer and business impact.
• Strong technical depth in APIs, identity systems, cloud architecture, microservices, and platform operations.
• Experience building self-service or administrative platforms for technical users, developers, or enterprise operators.
• Bachelor’s degree; a technical degree, MBA, or equivalent advanced experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in CCaaS, CX platforms, CRM systems, or customer journey orchestration.
• Familiarity with AWS, large-scale SaaS, API governance, developer tooling, CI/CD workflows, and usage-based platform models.
• Experience applying generative AI, agentic workflows, or predictive analytics to enterprise products.
• Experience connecting platform innovation to adoption, retention, and operational efficiency.
