What you will do

• Build and leverage a strong network of brokers, owners, and off-market leads in Columbus, Ohio.
• Independently source and evaluate industrial real estate acquisition opportunities.
• Perform precise underwriting and cash flow modeling to evaluate investment levers, risks, and returns.
• Manage the acquisition pipeline with urgency and provide organized reporting to the Investment Committee.
• Drive the acquisition process from initial sourcing through the execution of LOIs and final closing.

Requirements

• Proven track record of independently driving new acquisitions from sourcing through closing.
• Established professional relationships within the Columbus, Ohio industrial market.
• Experience underwriting industrial transactions and managing an active pipeline of opportunities.
• Strong ability to multitask and present investment opportunities clearly to stakeholders.
